Nutraceuticals are available in the form of isolated nutrients, herbal products, processed foods and dietary supplements in the form like capsules, tablets, etc. Manufacturing of nutraceuticals into capsules and tablets is a tedious process and it should be carried out under carefully controlled conditions. The objective of this study was to formulate and manufacture a nutraceutical product and evaluate the manufactured product to its quality. The formulated nutraceutical capsules containing Mangosteen extract powder and Grape seed extract were blended and filled into capsules. They were subjected to several evaluation parameters like pre-compression and post-compression studies such as physical appearance, weight variation, hardness and friability. The results of all evaluation parameters of the formulated nutraceutical capsule were within the acceptable limit. Pre-compression studies also had shown satisfactory results. The thickness, hardness, weight variation and friability were found to be in acceptable range. The finding of the present study assures that the formulated nutraceutical capsules meet the quality standards.

Digera muricata (L.) Mart belonging to the Pigweed family that is the Amaranthaceae. These are commonly known as “False Amaranth” or “Tartara”. It is an annual medicinal herb native to Egypt to E. Kenya and Malesia. In India it is found throughout states as a weed. It is traditionally folk system of medicine. D.muricata (L.) Mart is a medicinal plant use as cooling agent and astringent in Ayurveda. D. muricata (L.) Mart is pharmacologically known for it's Antimicrobial, Antibacterial,Antifungal, Antidiabetic, Anti-fertility, Antioxidant ,Anticancer, Antileishmanial, Antitesticular, Prophylactic agent, Allopathic and Protective effect. It also used in Nephrotoxicity, laxative, diuretic, treat renal disorder, and prevent pus formation locally. Boiled root infusion of D. muricata (L.) Mart is used in mother child birth for lactation purpose. The phytochemical screening of D. muricata (L.) Mart revealed the presence of various primary metabolite such a Proteins, Carbohydrates, Chlorophylls, Amino acids, Reducing sugars, Lipids and Secondary metabolite such as Phenols, Flavonoids, Terpenoids, Saponins, Tannins,Cardiac glycosides, Anthraquinone. It also contains an Alpha and beta Spinosterol,Rutin, Vitamins like Ascorbic acid, Thiamine, Riboflavin also Enzymes superoxide, Peroxidase. It contains a mineral such as K&gt;Ca&gt;Mg&gt;Na&gt;P&gt;Fe&gt;Zn&gt;Cu.

An evergreen plant native to India is called Lantana camara. Scientific evidence has backed the traditional uses of it in the treatment of a wide range of illnesses. There are phytoconstituents in every area of Lantana camara, according to a number of literatures. Scientists and researchers have been extensively studying the chemical makeup of the entire L. camara plant as well as its biological pharmacological properties for the past few decades, all over the world. As a prospective candidate for drug discovery, these research demonstrated the medicinal potential of Lantana camara in contemporary medicine. Pigmentation is the process in which the skin pigments are entirely gets tanned and turns into black color. Exposure to ultraviolet radiation is produce selective effects for vitamin D synthesis, which causes melanin synthesis and pigmentation. Skin pigmentation is nowadays becoming a major problem. Due to this we used depigmenting agents which makes skin fairer. In present study we used the herbal materials which are having the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity which helps to reduce pigmentation. So, to overcome from the skin pigmentation we made the herbal cream which having a such type ingredients that which helps to reduce pigmentation and makes skin fair. For reduction of pigmentation, we formulated herbal cream by using Papaya Pulp, Aloe Vera, Pomegranate Peel Powder as well as Orange Peel Powder. These ingredients can reduce pigmentation by inhibiting tyrosine which is responsible for melanin secretion. The daily use of our herbal cream can reduce melanin quickly.
