Ocean and Coastal Management is the leading international journal dedicated to the study of all aspects of ocean and coastal management at both global and local levels. We publish rigorously peer-reviewed manuscripts from all disciplines, including inter- and trans-disciplinary and co-designed research. However, all submissions must clearly articulate their relevance to management and/or governance issues related to the sustainable development and conservation of oceans and coasts. Comparative studies, ranging from sub-national to trans-national cases and other management/policy arenas, are encouraged, as are studies that critically assess current management practices and governance approaches. Submissions that involve robust analysis, theory development, and improvement of management practice are especially welcome.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
