The length for technical descriptions and short communications is usually around 1500 words. 3. Reviews and Tutorials (by invitation only): These are tutorial and educational articles aimed at individuals with a primary medical background, covering engineering principles particularly relevant to biomedical applications, and vice versa. The editorial board is responsible for topic selection. 4. Mini-Symposia (by invitation only): Under the leadership of a guest editor, controversial or significant issues related to healthcare are highlighted and discussed by multiple authors. 5.
