The occurrence and control of corrosion is a research field that encompasses a wide range of scientific knowledge. "Corrosion Science" provides a platform for the exchange of ideas, developments, and research in this field, including the corrosion of both metals and non-metals. This international journal has a broad scope, with published papers ranging from highly theoretical to practically applicable, covering areas such as high-temperature oxidation, passivation, anodic oxidation, biocorrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and mechanisms and methods of corrosion control. The journal publishes original papers and reviews in the fields of pure corrosion, applied corrosion, material degradation, as well as surface science and engineering, forming an important link among metallurgists, materials scientists, and all researchers studying corrosion and degradation phenomena.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
